Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Solar Edge Solution Sdn Bhd, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in providing high-quality solar products and installation services. However, should you decide to cancel your order and request a refund, please review our Cancellation and Refund Policy below:

  1. Cancellation

    • Before Application Process:
      If a cancellation request is made before the commencement of the application process, a full refund will be issued.

    • After Application Process:
      If a cancellation request is made after the application process has commenced, the deposit will be non-refundable.

  2. Post-Installation Refunds
    – No refunds are applicable once the Solar PV system has been installed, and/or commissioned.
  3. Refund Method
    – All refunds shall be payable via bank transfer only.
    – Under no circumstances shall the company make any cash refunds.
    Solar Edge Solution Sdn Bhd is not responsible for any third-party delays in the receipt of refunds so made.
    – Any third-party deductions, shall be borne by the customer.

Solar Edge Solution Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this policy at any time without prior notice. All changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our official website. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
